Berthoud Oktoberfest

The Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce’s Oktoberfest on the lawn at Town Park: Colorado breweries, German food trucks, a stein-holding contest, a costume contest (lederhosen and dirndls encouraged), a pie-eating contest, games and music, from 11 to 6. Free admission; proceeds from the beer garden go to the Chamber’s community events. The Historical Society’s page lists the day as starting at 8 am; check the Chamber’s listing before you go early.
