McCarty-Fickel Home

The 1916 McCarty family home on 7th Street, a Denver Square with the doctor's office intact, kept as a museum by the Historical Society and open by appointment.

Built in 1916 by Dr. and Mrs. D.W. McCarty in the Denver Square style and later the Fickel family’s home, the house on 7th Street was given to the Berthoud Historical Society in 1998 and is kept with its furnishings and the doctor’s 1930s office. Tours by appointment; $5, children 11 and under free.
